Meet Our Team
We are a small group of therapists focused on getting to the root of what’s going on and offering thoughtful, evidence-based care in a grounded, human environment.

Specialties: Anxiety, Men's Issues, Relationship Dynamics
My clients are curious people who are ready for deep self-discovery. Often, they come to me to heal past trauma, navigate ADHD, and accomplish meaningful personal goals. Ultimately, they want to build a deeper connection with themselves. As a inclusive and sex-positive therapist, I warmly welcome members of the LGBTQIA+, Poly, Kink, and BIPOC communities. Regardless of background, true healing happens through genuine, safe connection. Together, we will navigate your process of self-exploration, uncovering new layers of your experience so you can achieve your goals and move forward with clarity.
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and compassion-based mindfulness to help you map your internal world. While I weave in practical tools from therapies like CBT and ACT, my focus is entirely on you. I provide an affirming space to help you untangle complex feelings, heal from trauma, and build the skills needed to make lasting life changes.
Therapy can feel daunting, but it’s a powerful space to finally speak the unsaid. I strive to build a close, trusting relationship with you by being fully present, accepting, and real. I bring a healthy dose of humor to our sessions, along with a balance of deep kindness and gentle firmness. If you are ready for this journey, please reach out.

Childern, Anger Management, Depression
You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Sometimes anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship stress can make it difficult to feel like yourself. What may look like “struggling” on the surface is often a natural response to experiences that haven’t had space to be understood or processed. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported. I’m a trauma-informed social worker and therapist who works with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, school-related stress, behavioral concerns, grief, and relationship difficulties.
My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative, grounded in attachment, trauma-informed care, psychodynamic insight, and evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT. My experience in school social work has given me a deep understanding of emotional regulation, family systems, peer dynamics, and the impact of stress and trauma on daily functioning.
Whether you’re feeling stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by life’s demands, or seeking support for yourself or your child, therapy can be a place to better understand what you’re carrying and move toward healing, growth, and lasting change. If you think we might be a good fit, I’d be honored to connect.

Specialties: Life Transitions, Women’s Wellness, Mindfulness
My clients have spent a long time carrying more than their share. Often known as the "strong one," they are caregivers, BIPOC, first-generation folks, and professionals looking for somewhere they can finally breathe. You may be facing burnout, trauma, anxiety, relationship strain, or identity stress. Together, we’ll look at the patterns you’ve had to rely on, the relationships that have marked you, and the ways you learned to get through. We'll sort through what still serves you and what you’re ready to change so you can heal and reconnect with yourself.
I offer a steady, down-to-earth space where you don’t have to make yourself smaller, put on a mask, or justify your feelings. My approach is warm, culturally responsive, and rooted in being real. I specialize in trauma, burnout, and transitions, creating a supportive environment where you can speak honestly about what hurts and what feels messy.
Therapy can feel exposing, especially if you’ve spent years in constant survival mode or feeling misunderstood. You deserve a space where you are treated with respect and where your voice truly matters. I invite you to reach out so we can build a relationship that feels solid and human. I would be deeply honored to be a part of your healing process.
